EU Structural Funds

On 24 July 2013 the mobile office of the Kardzhali RIC visited the town of Dzhebel. The new Operational Programme Science and Education for Smart Growth was presented at a meeting with representatives of the education sector. The visitors learned about the vision for the next programming period 2014-2020. The purpose of the open visiting days is to bring the information about the Structural and Cohesion Funds and the options to apply under the seven operational programmes closer to the residents of the small municipalities in the region. The visitors asked questions on the ways of applying and submitting project proposals, they shared experience and best practices from the region.
