Single Information Web Portal

For the duration of summer months of 2013 Lovech Regional Information Centre has a new addition - Ralitsa Stefanova, a student in 11th grade of Ekzarh Iosif I High School for Teaching Foreign Languages, Lovech. During her first day at work she familiarized herself with the network of 28 information centres in the country and their work for promoting the opportunities provided by the EU among different interested parties. She shared that the internship in Lovech Regional Information Centre is an opportunity for her to learn more about the operational programmes 2007-2013 in Bulgaria and the preparation for the next programming period 2014-2020, the Structural and Cohesion Funds of the EU and other programmes of the Community.During her internship she expect to acquire knowledge and experience in the area of EU finding, informing of citizens, as well as the different information sources for searching for this kind of information. Ralitsa Stefanova is the fourth intern in Lovech Regional Information Centre. In the summer of 2012 three young people from Lovech successfully finished their internships as they acquired valuable knowledge and experience, which will contribute to their successful professional realization. The purpose of attracting interns to Lovech Regional Information Centre is to promote the information about the EU funds among the young people in an understandable and accessible language while giving them the opportunity to learn in detail more about the subject, to acquire knowledge and experience and to appreciate their significance for the whole society.
