Single Information Web Portal

On 26.03.2013, in the administrative building of Kovachevtsi Municipality the Regional Information Center - Pernik (RIC) held a briefing on the new 2014 - 2020 programming period. Stoyan Yotov - "European projects and programs" expert provided updated information related to the new 2014 - 2020 programming period. "After long and difficult negotiations on the financial framework of the EU in the new programming period, the final result is very good for us. According to our calculations Bulgaria is the largest net beneficiary from the Member States. As a percentage from GDP, this net balance is somewhere around 4%. Comparing what we will get with what we pay as membership dues, and compare it to GDP, we will see that with this indicator Bulgaria is with the most profitable position", Yotov explained. Current procedures for a range of proposals for operational programs were presented at the meeting. The ones addressed to the needs of municipal administrations were presented under procedures "Administrative Capacity" OP - "Effective structure of public administration," "Effective coordination and partnership in the development and implementation of policies" and "Competent and efficient public administration". Current procedures meant for the business are: "Support for cluster development in Bulgaria", "Energy efficiency and green economy" and "Development of applied research in research institutions in Bulgaria." Under "Human Resources Development" OP still actual is the call for projects under the "Encouraging launch of projects for the development of independent economic activity - Component II", as well as "No Boundaries - Component II".
