Activities aimed at skill improvement of unemployed and employed persons, provision of employment, encouraging the entrepreneurship and social inclusion again will be part of the Operational Programme "Development of Human Resources" 2014-2020. During the new programming period, the funding of activities for skill improvement of unemployed persons, integration of marginalised communities, and the provision of social services and establishing social enterprises, will continue.
That was made clear during the information meeting with participation of representatives of the Sliven based Association "Community centres", which is organised by the Sliven District Information Point for the presentation of projects of the programme for the period 2014-2020.
Together with the Operational Programme „Development of Human Resources", during the new programming period, another six Operational Programmes will be implemented in our country: the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth", the Operational Programme „Good Management", the Operational Programme "Science and Education for Smart Growth", the Operational Programme "Transport and Transport Infrastructure", the Environment Operational Programme and the Innovations and Competitiveness Operational Programme. As at today, the texts of the Operational Programmes are still in a draft version.
Within the framework of the meeting some other topics were discussed and are to be presented at the future meetings between the Sliven District Information Point and the representatives of the Association "Community centres". The participants showed both interest and will to get more information regarding the development of project proposals. The phases of this process: from identifying a certain problem through the formulation of the project idea made by the applicant based on the identified needs, and the main elements in the course of preparation of the relevant documentation, according to the requirements of the guidelines or the Instructions for application on specific procedure to be in the focus the next awareness-raising events.
